I have been riding motorcycle's since I was 6 years old. Dirt bikes, motorcross, supercross, etc. then I got into street bikes. I have owned all types and brands except an Indian, until I met Will. After a detailed conversation he steered me to the 2022 Chieftain, Dark Horse and the rest is history. I have never been more happy with a bike than I am with this Indian Chieftian. From the ride, power band,, 3 different ride settings (and Sport mode is incredible) clutch, brakes, instrument display, navigation, radio, I can go on and on The customer service was awesome and everyone was very accommodating. The first time I walked into this dealer was 2018. I absolutely fell in love with this place. Unfortunately due to some life changes I was just a tire kicker at the time. When I was finally ready to start riding again I made my way back. I have to say the experience was even better , a lot of a new vehicle buying experience is more on the staff than the vehicle. As a consumer we tend to be set on what we are going to buy but having the right sales staff and dealer makes a world of difference. The staff at Woodlands Premium is fantastic. Being in the automotive field and working for high line dealers the Name Sewell comes to mind and the book he wrote "customer for life" . Well this is the experience I received from Woodlands Premium. The customer service is excellent and they treat you like your lifelong friends. When its time to move up to a bagger they already have my business.

I just bought my third bike from them and always a great experience. Started with the first one a s1000xr 3 years ago. Had an issue with Presure Monitor System in my k1600 and after BMW denied the repair (it was a tough call) they fought and got them to honor it. so happy we have them close to home!

Will and Bryan were very helpful. Their communications were excellent and my questions and concerns were answered thoughtfully. I think Will probably went the extra mile in finding my particular bike and making delivery timely. Woodlands Premium provided a very friendly place to do business. Called around the area to other dealerships, kept getting left on hold or have them not even pick up the phone. Found Woodlands Premium Motorcycle and they answered within the first few rings and answered every question I asked. Drove up the following day and drove home on a brand new Indian Scout. Couldn't have been happier. Will be back to buy more bikes in the future for sure.

I have been riding since I was 14 and have been to too many dealerships even to count, but this place is by far the nicest shop I have ever seen. Their store and selection is beyond compare, but the real winning aspect is their people. I have never bought a bike sight unseen from the internet. They had pictures of course, but is was the way they treated me on the phone that brought me in and made me feel so comfortable that I paid for the bike a week before I even got there. Several people on staff, from Brian, Will and Shayne to Steve who is a customer and made me a hamburger, made me feel right at home. I will be back for another bike. Either a trade in or for my 4th motorcycle, a Triumph will make its home in my garage. I seldom recommend any dealership and I have met some stinkers, but I have no trouble telling anyone looking for a good place to get a bike, look no more, just stop by and see all the bikes they have, and it is a lot!

Every employee I worked with treated me like I was their only concern! I would definitely do business with you guys again!!! Do we have BMW dealerships here in Michigan? You bet we do! This was the day from hell and the dealership from heaven! I arrived around 9:30 to pick up my new BMW K1600GT. All the details had been finalised, and I just had to pay for it and sign some papers - wrong! Firstly the salesman I had been dealing with had had a motorcycle accident (not too serious, thank God) and was in hospital. So we went to the finance department only to find that the manager was not there due to the fact that her car had been stolen (later recovered undamaged)! Another staff member had a death in the family! Needless to say there were many delays, but in the end Shane, Trish, and Brianna stepped up to the plate, and made everything good! I nearly forgot to mention the wonderful breakfast bar with mammoth muffins. All in all, the experience was a very pleasant one, despite all the "events"!

The team at BMW, Indian, and Slingshot are excellent in customer service and satisfaction. I purchased a BMW r1200GSA with not pressure or hurry to get me out the door. Shayne (GM) and the sales rep Joshua Anderson helped make sure I was happy with my choice and took time to help walk me through the buying process. Brianna in finance took care of me to get me out on the road. Parts and service went over the bike with me and helped me understand the importance of BMW's maintenance schedule. I have been back to the dealership multiple times to socialize on Saturdays they have events. Just a top notch team I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great group!

I brought my 2014 Indian Chief to the Woodlands Indian for service. I had purchased it at a different dealership in 2013, before the Woodlands dealership had opened. The service they have given me is excellent!I can attest that the Woodlands Indian is a top notch dealership. They know bikes very well, and they understand how to keep you happy with your bike, and help you with anything you want to do.Again, the Service Department is excellent! I cannot thank them enough for helping me solve a hard-to-isolate-problem that had completely stumped other mechanics. Kevin Sanborn, in Service, is a wizard with bikes! The problem was not a fault in the bike. It was a battery connection problem that caused other problems. It took a lot of knowledge to catch it and fix it.I strongly recommend the Woodlands Indian if you're looking to buy the best bike on Earth, from the best dealership I have known. I HAVE BEEN A MOTORCYCLIST FROM THE AGE OF 8 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN TO TO HUNDREDS OF DEALERS IN MY LIFE TIME AND IT IS EXTREMELY RARE TO FIND A MOTORCYCLE DEALER THIS GOOD. THE SALES STAFF DOES NOT HASSLE HOWEVER, THEY ARE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO MAKE A DEAL. THE SAME CAN BE SAID FOR THE PARTS AND ACCESSORY DEPT. THEY ARE HELP FULL BUT WILL LET YOU WINDOW SHOP WITH OUT A BOTHER. THE SERVICE DEPT. IS HONEST AND TRUTHFUL EVEN IF IT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR THEY ARE DOING THERE JOB PROPERLY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GANG.

I purchased a 2017 GSA and have had a great overall experience with everyone at the store. From willingness to take test rides, answer questions and earn my business the sales team was very helpful. Last week I had the initial service performed and some farkles added. The service and parts team were great. Josh and David worked to finish some installs and got me back out. I've been thinking about buying a motorcycle for some time. I have never had motorcycles other than dirt bikes I bought for my kinds. I am still having difficulty deciding what kind of bike I want to get so I spend a lot of time in dealerships "just looking". The people at BMW of the Woodlands are head and shoulders above any of the other dealerships in the area that I have visited. Letting me test-ride bikes, spending a lot of time talking to me, letting me test ride some more. Nobody else does this.

I was looking for a quick, pain free motorcycle trade-in and purchase. Eddie understood that, and we arrived at a deal quickly and painlessly. Dropped off my trade-in and picked up my new bike in about an hour. Best motorcycle purchase experience I've had. Happy customer here.

I was contacted by a friend in Dallas to see if I might be interested in shipping our bikes to Anchorage and riding them back home to Texas. Of course I was but neither of us had any experience in shipping a motorcycle. I reached out to Jason about placing my bike (2004 R1150RT) in one of the crates their new bikes are delivered in. Long story short, my bike arrived in Anchorage in good shape and I made the trip of a lifetime back home.
